This product was prescribed by my doctor. It is by far the most effective omega product I've used, based on comprehensive blood panels I get every six months. I've tried about a dozen different products and none has the positive, documented effects these have produced. I recommend that you try them and see how they affect your labs. Interestingly, they seem to give my already very positive mood a boost, too.

I have for the most part taken two capsules everyday as directed since receiving them. It’s hard to know if it has had any effect either because I haven’t been taking them long Enough or that I have some other health deficiencies that can cloud any improvements that may not be so noticeable. I certainly don’t feel worse. This makes me think they are helping because there are days I usually feel exceptionally bad but I haven’t had a day like that since. Could be a coincidence. More time will tell.
