Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid found in neuronal cell membranes that may help support optimal cognitive function. Phosphatidylserine helps to maintain membrane fluidity, and may help to mediate the activity of several neurotransmitters, including norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin.
