My family has used this product for well over a decade. Personally, I've used it for twelve years (since I was seventeen). I don't use it habitually. I use it when I haven't gone in a couple of days. It's literally never failed, while other products have. We actually were given this to a woman who used it habitually, and who still does, and she loves it. So, I suppose it could be used like they say it does--use it every day. I don't have that kind of problem. Anyway--even in college, my next-door neighbor/ ex-roommate asked if I had any laxatives, and I handed her a teabag from Chiro-Klenz. It was a living commercial. She took it, it took about seven hours to work, but then next day when I asked how she was feeling, she narrowed her eyes at me and said, Very funny, Cori. I laughed and said, It worked then? She rolled her eyes and replied, Yeah. Dear lord, I thought there was something wrong with me, that's how well it worked! That being said, not a month passed by before she called up and asked for the name of it again because she had a friend who needed it, and then she called again the next year because her mother did. So, it's sort of an underground hit. It's not Fun to use; it causes cramping right before and while it works. It's just your stomach muscles actually doing what they were supposed to be doing in the first place. I take it before bed (at 10pm) and I'll wake up at 5 and be feeling completely back to normal, not diarretic at all, by 6am so I could get ready for work. It's not addictive, your system just goes back to normal. I refer to it as jump-starting the process. One case (3 packages) of it has lasted me 8 years (yes, yes--it has an expiration date that I've ignored. I'm really good about keeping my supply air-tight and continued to work as well as it always had). Also, it tastes horrible. Absolutely horrible (hint: lemon flavor doesn't taste any better). Doesn't matter. It's like NyQuil that way--it tastes horrible, but it works so well that you won't care. Just chug it down. I'm really happy with it.
