Bone Density - Bone Builder

As we get older our bone density gets thinner. Causes: Not enough exercise and not enough bone building raw materials in your diet.
Research is clear:
- Weight bearing physical activity causes new bone tissue to form and this makes the bones stronger.
- To build new bone, your body needs the raw materials required.
There image below shows the thinning of the bone material.

Bone gets stronger as we put it under stress.
That's one reason resistance exercise is so important.
Making sure you are ingesting and digesting enough raw materials for your body to build more density in your bones.
Fortunately there are some great products to help support bone density and fight osteoporosis.
We love Calcium Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite by Douglas Labs - it has elemental calcium and other raw materials needed to build bone including boron. There are other forms of calcium, but we feel this is significantly better for building bone density.
Note: If you are doing the right amount of exercise and you are eating enough nutrients and you are still having problems building stronger bones, you might consider looking at your digestive system. If you are not digesting properly, your body is not absorbing nutrients properly.
